Opus Recruitment engaged me to improve the efficiency of its month-end reporting process, with a particular focus on accelerating the delivery of Net Fee Income reporting, one of the organisation's most important performance metrics.

After rapidly embedding myself within the finance team, I mapped reporting dependencies and reorganised team responsibilities to create a more efficient reporting cycle. The objective was to improve collaboration between team members and remove bottlenecks affecting reporting timelines.

The result was a significant improvement in reporting speed, reducing the delivery timetable for key management information from Working Day 15 to Working Day 5. This enabled management to access critical performance data much earlier and make more informed business decisions.
