Hovis required finance support within its manufacturing and logistics operations during a period of ownership transition and strategic change. The business needed strong financial oversight, accurate forecasting and effective business partnering with operational leadership teams.

Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, I supported budgeting, forecasting and performance management activities across supply chain operations. This included ensuring key operational KPIs were reported accurately and providing financial insight to support decision-making.

I also played a key role in supporting the sale process by managing financial data requirements for the Avonmouth site. Through improved reporting, forecasting and stakeholder engagement, I helped strengthen financial visibility and support strategic decision-making during a critical period for the business.
