Viper Innovations required interim finance leadership to support the day-to-day operation of the finance function whilst embedding a new ERP system into established reporting processes. The business needed robust financial controls, improved reporting capabilities and greater visibility for senior leadership.

As Interim Finance Manager, I led a team of three and took ownership of the month-end reporting cycle, management accounts production and wider finance operations. A significant focus was placed on integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central into finance procedures and ensuring reporting remained accurate and efficient during the transition.

In addition, I introduced Power BI reporting capabilities and enhanced cash reporting processes to support executive decision-making. This provided leadership with improved visibility over financial performance and helped establish scalable reporting processes for future growth.
